Who we are
Pyaarly is a brand of Seven Securities Pvt Ltd, CIN [[CIN]], GSTIN [[GSTIN]], registered office [[REGISTERED ADDRESS]]. We are the "Data Fiduciary" under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
What we collect on the waitlist
- Name; WhatsApp number and/or email
- Occasion and approximate date you need the book
- Which ad or campaign brought you (UTM tags), page visits and button clicks on this site
- Time you gave consent
We do not collect photos, payment details or children's personal data on the waitlist.
Why we use it
Only to tell you about the Pyaarly launch, send your free preview invitation, and measure which ads work. We do not sell or rent your data.
Who processes it
[[Google LLC (Google Sheets / Apps Script) OR Formspree]] stores the form data; Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) receives anonymous page/lead events for ad measurement; WhatsApp/email providers deliver our messages.
After launch (if you order)
To make your book we will ask for photos and story details. Photos are used only to create your illustrations, are never used for advertising without separate written permission, and are deleted within 30 days of delivery (finished book files kept [[N]] days for reprints). For a child's book, a parent or guardian must give consent and we do not use children's data for tracking or targeted ads (DPDP Act s.9).
Retention
Waitlist data is deleted if we do not launch by [[31 March 2027 — confirm]], or earlier on request.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent, access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to our Grievance Officer. Reply "STOP" on WhatsApp to stop messages.
